A Friend (Diana) asked me where I have been, as my absence from bloggery has left her “In great sorrow”* and feeling like “a boat without a rudder”*.

Well, I have been working. Playing with Kate’s new camera (review forth coming), launching a little site for a bible study connect.longwalkhome.org, making a ton of excel reports for work, and maintaining my generally high level of physical beauty.

After Diana’s gentle goading, I am reminded that I should push some more stuff out.

The sleeper flick Eagle vs Shark showed the painfully awkward romance of two New Zealanders. Now, aside from the fact that New Zealand is a land of magic and enchant, I have no personal reason to steal their stuff. Up until now, I thought that was mutual.

BEHOLD!

It looks like besides stealing the Australian accent, they ripped off my halloween costume from 20 years ago. Please note, my Mom made that thing by hand in an attempt to satiate my love of sharks. There was no factory line of shark based clothes for kids. This clearly indicates that, yes, The New Zealand Film Commission ripped off my shark costume.

Note: I will refrain from mentioning the obvious use of my awkward romance ability (which they also stole) throughout the movie.
Thanks New Zealand, ya jerks!
