We spent the weekend, or part of it, at our Beloved Friends Island Retreat. It was fun, there was sunning, Simple Times, and assorted water sports (mostly me falling over on slimy rocks.

This is after someone (no one knows “who”) flipped our Kayak. Was it me, healthy and strong…practically dripping with maritime aptitude? Or the cripple. I will let you decide.
